Andy Jay and Ian Bowen founded Masstemps in 2006. Starting within an Allied Stainless Group factory, they had nothing more than two telephones and a handful of contacts.

Their vision and dedication led them to buy out the business, transforming it into the successful recruitment consultancy it is today, almost 20 years later. Now, in 2025, the company has four branches and employs an experienced team more than thirty.
